Raw Water Clarification Treatment
Raw water must be treated and clarified prior to utilize as makeup water in utility processes. Clarification process will remove suspended and dissolved solids, bacteria, and other impurities to prevent the system from scale, corrosion, fouling, and other problematic issues.
Airachem have experience helping our customers avoid costly plant downtime, expensive maintenance fees with treating raw water for utility makeup and other industrial processes. We have expertise using a full range of source waters including lake, river, well, city, and secondary or tertiary effluent reuse.
Airachem service delivery team can help to improve your treatment process, reduce costs, solve compliance problems, and develop innovative solutions to meet your demanding needs.

Waste Water Treatment
Wastewater is used water. It may contain substances such as human waste, food scraps, oils, soaps and chemicals, etc. If wastewater is not treated properly, the environment and human health can have negative impact. It can be harm to fish and wildlife populations, oxygen depletion, contamination of drinking water, even restrictions for human activities.
The aim of wastewater treatment is to remove as much of the suspended solids as possible before the remaining water (effluent) is discharged back to the environment, according to government standard.
We understand that delivering the right wastewater treatment is not just about treating the waste stream and its components. However, the most reliable and economical solution that will combine maintenance, recycling and disposal.
Airachem service delivery team can help you to provide high-quality wastewater treatment
solutions that meet industry standards and help you effectively reduce, reuse, and recycle
water.

Potable Water Treatment
Potable water is water that is safe enough for drinking and food preparation. If not treated properly it will have negative impact on health. Potable water treatment involves removal of contaminants from raw water to produce water that is pure enough for human consumption, without any adverse health effects.
These contaminants can come in various forms, including fungi, viruses, algae, bacteria and minerals.
Airachem has experience and expertise in potable water treatment with highly effective technical products and services for potable water treatment.

Cooling Water Treatment
Most industrial production processes need cooling water to remove heat from processes or equipment. There are various type of cooling system; once through, open cooling, and closed cooling system. These cooling systems must be operated efficiently and safely otherwise processes will not perform properly. Cooling water systems control the temperatures by transferring heat from hot process fluids into cooling water that carries the heat away.
The cooling water contains minerals, dirt, debris, bacteria, and other impurities. It is continuously circulated into the system and the contaminants begin to build up. Finally, the temperatures begin to rise, heat transfer efficiency becomes impaired, and total plant shutdown may be happen.
Airachem have experience to help you to operate your system efficiently and effectively by providing appropriate treatment program for cooling water system. Our treatment program starts with an assessment of the cooling water type, operation process, water chemistry, and metallurgy in your cooling system. This is to determine the tendency of corrosion, scale, and/or fouling.
Our chemical programs include deposit inhibitor, corrosion inhibitors, biocides, and dispersants are effectively used to help reduce these issues in industrial cooling
water systems.

Boiler Water Treatment
Most industrial production processes require a boiler to heat the water but most of them to produce steam. Steam will distribute to process heating and for the generation of mechanical power and electricity.
Corrosion, scale, and deposition can be serious problems when it occur in the functioning of a boiler system. The corrosion leads to localized pitting or thinning of pipe and tube surfaces, resulting in leaks and tube failures. Scaling and precipitation of deposit may elevated metal temperatures, causing tube failures and restricted circulation. Those issues will significantly reduce the efficiency process, boiler’s reliability, lower production, and the worst is plant
shutdown.
Airachem’s boiler chemicals can handle of these issues when properly applied. Our boiler
chemicals are designed for all boiler types and low until high pressure boilers used for
process industries and power generation.
